Give Me 2 Seconds And You'll Want New Fitness Clothes!

Hello everyone!

How are you and what are your fitness goals are doing? 
Well, as you might have realised, I have started running and while I was running outdoor when it was freezing cold outside, there was only one thing in my mind: I definitely need more outdoor running sport clothes! Considering this case, I started browsing through the internet again and found a couple of really nice running clothes. This time I wanted to focus on cheaper clothes, longsleeve shirts, jackets and tights and also this list doesn't replace my latest Fitness Wish List (Link). This is rather ana additional wish list. So let's have a closer look.

Longsleeve Shirts, Bras & Tops

The most important investment is a good windbreaker jacket and some longsleeve, transpiration-absorbing shirts that serves as a second layer in between my jacket and my bra.

When I don't take my IPod with me, then I don't know what time it is, so I would love to have a tiny sport watch. Also, when I don't have any pockets, then I still want to take my IPOD with me, thus, an IPod Holder would be perfect. Lastly, I'd love to have some more sport tights from H&M, however, the ones from NIKE still caught my eye.

So this was my second Fitness Wish List which is more based on running outdoor now. I hope you like that I tried to include a few cheaper clothes as I think the H&M sport tights are really comfortable to wear. Besides, I would have to have a fortune in order to buy all the popular sport brands even though I would buy everything from their collection! :)

My Fitness Wish List!

Hey everyone!

How are you? Recently I have been under a complete fitness motivation and definitely want to push my fitness and my body shape to the next level. I think it has something to do with spring time and the increasing hours of sunshine, because I have so much more energy and motivation to fulfill any task. As I am also in a huge shopping mood after my learning time, I combine these two aspects and want to show you my current fitness wish list. It goes without saying that I am not able to buy all of these things, but hey, we can all dream a little bit.

Pants & Shorts

I personally prefer to wear shorts that are not to form-fitting when I am doing my HIIT workouts, however, when I am going running outdoor, I also go for some tight pants especially during colder days. My preferred brands are Nike, Puma and also Reebok as Adidas shorts don't have ribbons to tighten themselves.

Tops & Tanks

In terms of tops and tanks, I don't have any favourite brand and often go for normal tank tops from H&M. Nevertheless, I love these tops with bright colours which are transpiration-absorbing especially the ones with a razor back. Additionally, a windbreaker jacket is perfect for running outdoor.

Trainers

Having a good pair of trainers that suit your feet is essential when doing sport especially when going running because the shoe gives your feet the required stability and protection for your joints and ankles. I highly recommend doing a walking analysis in your local professional running store in which they calculate whether you have a neutral pronation and overpronation or an underpronation. I have a neutral pronation, so that I don't need any special support and can wear a neutral trainer. So here are my favourite choices.

Other items

         

I am also really keen on buying some weights as this really intensifies your workouts and builds lean muscles. I intend to start with 2 kg as I am already training with 1,5 kg. And lastly, as soon as the ZCUT Program created by Zuzka Light will be available for Germany, I am the first who will buy it. 

So this was my fitness wish list which started with three items and slightly extended. We will see which of these items will find their way into my basket and what my budget tells me to do :) So keep an eye on any fitness haul in the future.

My MAC Wish List

Hey everybody!

MAC Products are raved as being really good make up products, however, they happened to raise their prices every year which is one reason why I didn't buy so many products from them. I know that their eyeshadows, blushes and lipsticks seem to be amazing, so I thought that I as a makeup addict should invest in some MAC products in the next year. Thus, this is my MAC wish list which isn't that long because I really want to concentrate myself on the products that I really want and were hardly any dupes exists. For example, I really like their nude lipsticks but there are some nice nude lipsticks in the drugstore that I like.

My wish list:

Face
Studio Finish Concealer with SPF 35
Not only the SPF 35 but also the coverage is told to be amazing. This full coverage concealer, which would be adjusted to my skin colour, would be perfect for my dark under eye circles and all my blemishes.

Blush
Well Dressed
Currently I intend to wear really light and natural blushes that are easy to handle and are still visible because of my fair complexion. So I thought this really light rosy blush would be perfect for me.

Pinch O Peach

This is another rather lighter blush which has a hint of peach in it but is still a bit more intense than Well Dressed.

Eyeshadows
Nylon
This appears to be a high-pigmentes highlighting shade for the inner corners that just brightens up every make up.

Patina
This is a unique antique gold, brown, green eyeshadow that I have never found in the drugstore. Therefore, this is a must-have in my wish list.

Naked Lunch
A light highlighting rosy shimmery eyeshadow that is super versatile as a highlighter or all over the eyelid. This eyeshadow is on top of my wish list.

Smut
Smut was created by Kate Moss and is a dark smokey brown. This is great for a dark eye make up because black eyeshadow can look too harsh and this smokey dark brown is perfect for such a smudgy eye makeup.

Lips

Russian Red
As I said before, MAC offers an amazing nude colour range, however, I am searching for something that I can not find in the usual drugstore. Thus, Russian Red would be really interesting because it is THE classic red matte lipstick.

Plushglass - Posh It Up
I have never found such a rosy gold glittery lipgloss in the drugstore, thus, this would be my choice in the lipgloss area of MAC.

So this was my total wish list of MAC. It is not that huge considering the fact that I only own three products from MAC but I try to focus on the really important things.

Momentane Wunschliste

Obwohl der Sommer noch an seinem Höhepunkt ist, freue ich mich schon rießig auf den zukünftigen Herbst. Ich weiß nicht wieso, aber Herbst ist wohl meine Lieblingsjahreszeit und während dieser gönne ich mir und meinem Körper auch eine extra Portion Pflege. Und einige sehr schöne Home Spa Produkte will ich mir in nächster Zeit leisten, vielleicht nicht alle, aber ein paar zumindest. Wenn du wissen willst, was ich mir gönne, dann lese weiter.

Generelle Pflege:

Zunächst will ich mir einen Männerrasierer kaufen. Ja, ich bin es Leid mit den Frauenrasierern. Gerade im Sommer, wo man öfters und penibler die Körperbehaarung entfernen muss, sind die Rasierköpfe von Damenrasierern extrem schnell aufgebraucht und werden schnell stumpf. Also will ich mein Glück mit einem Männerrasierer probieren, bin mir jedoch nicht sicher, ob dies zu Hautirritationen führen wird.

Nachdem ich feststellen musste, dass mein Dove Roll-on bei heißen Sommertagen versagte und unschöne dunkle Stellen unter meinem Armen sichtbar wurden, entschloss ich mich als nächstes das Rexona Maximum Protection Deo zu holen. Es soll anscheinend überhaupt keinen Schweiß durchlassen, hat jedoch einen stolzen Preis von 5€.

Gesicht

Meine Freundin gab mir den Tipp diese Maske auszuprobieren und da ich unreine Haut habe, will ich mir sie bald besorgen. Es ist die Garnier Hautklar Anti-Pickel Thermo-Maske. Sie besteht aus 2 Teilen, wobei die Maske die Haut erwärmt, die Poren erweitert werden und somit die Pickel tiefer beseitigt werden können.

Dieses Essende quattro in der Farbe 07 over the taube ist absolut perfekt für den Herbst. Schon lange wollte ich mir einen taupefarbenden Lidschatten leisten und dieses Quattro hat wunderhübsche Farben. Ich kann mir schon etliche Augenmakeups mit diesen Farben vorstellen.

Körper

Ich liebe Kokos Körperbutter und habe schon die viel empfohlene Variante von REWE ausprobiert, nur braucht diese Ewigkeiten um einzuziehen, obwohl ich sehr trockene Haut habe. Daher will ich mir im Laden die Balea Bodycreme Cocos einmal anschauen.

Perfekt für den Sommer ist diese Balea Limited Edition Bodylotion in Minze & Grüner Tee erschienen. Ich kenne den Duft noch nicht, aber ich stelle mir Minze als Bodylotion himmlisch vor.

Dieses Duschgel habe ich als Probe bei einem Einkauf in Promod bekommen. Es ist das Palmolive Duschgel in Ayuritel energy und hat einen sehr starken, würzigen, indischen Geruch. Momentan könnte dieser noch ein wenig zu stark sein, doch schon im September freue ich mich auf eine wunderschöne Dusche mit ihm :)

Haare

Ich bewundere immer die Frauen mit wunderschön glänzendem Haar und keine Kur und kein Shampoo der Welt hat diesen Effekt bei meinen eher matten, dicken Haar auslösen können. Nun will ich es mit dem taft Glanz Haarlack probieren, jedoch suche ich eigentlich eher nach einem "Sprüh-Glanzwasser".

Ich hab viele gute Kritiken zu dem Balea Professional More Blond Aufhellungsspray gehört und möchte dieses unbedingt ausprobieren. Ich hab naturblonde, eher mittelblonde Haare und träume natürlich von einer perfekten blonden Mähne. Da ich von dem dazugehörigen Shampoo bezogen auf dessen Aufhellungseffekt nicht überzeugt bin, möchte ich gleich zu dem Spray übersteigen.

Das war meine momentane Wunschliste. Habt ihr im Herbst auch immer das Bedürfnis euren Körper extra zu pflegen?

I heard so many things about the Elf products and how good and on the same time inexpensive they are. Unfortuately I am not able to buy any Elf products here in any stores, thus, I have to buy the products in their online shop. However, I have never ordered something from their shop, but I created my own wish list which I want to share with you today.
